PCS Cables & Connectors Ltd is able to design and manufacture cables to a customer's particular specification. We also offer a comprehensive cable marking facility ideal for circuit identification without the need for clip-on markers.
Our production site boasts six state-of-the-art machines capable of producing parallel and spiral colours on a wide range of cables. This process is ideal where normal manufacturing quantities are unrealistic, for example we can bicolour or tricolour as little as 100m.
We also offer a cable twisting service of variable pitch to suit customer requirements. Please contact our sales office for further details.
Custom Battery Cables
We can manufacture these to your requirements. We make flexible battery connection leads for automotive, commercial, marine and industrial applications, using high quality flexible battery cables, battery terminals, and copper tube terminals. All terminations are sleeved with waterproof heat-shrink, making our battery leads and connector cables very suitable for marine applications including bow-thruster connections.
